After sales service and Warranty
1) The full set of equipment provided by the seller includes the main parts of the grinder's electronic control system and other accessories should be new and should be high quality and reliable, and guaranteed to meet the buyer's production requirements. Each device provides product certification and instructions along with machine.
2) The seller is responsible for equipment design, manufacturing, inspection, material selection, etc., all in compliance with the industry standards.
3) The warranty period is one year. Our one-Year Warranty guarantees the replacement of any damaged parts (excluding consumable items or damage caused by human error or force majeure) free of charge. After warranty period, technology support should be provided as well.
4) In order to ensure the buyer's rights, the seller makes a quality assurance statement to the buyer. If clients ask for after –sales service, Seller should reply within 2 hours (Due to time difference could be longer) and arrange on-site service accordingly, service charge should be decided between parts.
5) At the time of signing the technical documentation, the seller provided the equipment outline drawing, basic drawing and other relevant technical data.
